We are grateful for this award! I am of course the pastry chef, my daughter, Tara, is our savory chef, and my son-in-law, John, handles our deliveries. John also works elsewhere as a FAA certified drone pilot and a robotics coach. Tara-Peri Chicken is a subsidiary of The Diabetic Pastry Chef.
