I’ll be honest. I’ve never tried yoga before. I’m naturally quiet and laid back, so I’m often looking for things and activities that will give me more of a rise and excitement, not put me more to sleep. But I imagine yoga would be great for Type A personalities who carry a lot of stress and need to decompress. This video has more than a million views, so have at it!
