Recipe for My Favorite Low-Carb All-Purpose Flour Blend

I use different flour blends to lower the carbs in my baked goods. Here is the recipe for my favorite all-purpose low-carb flour blend.

1 cup cake flour
1 cup white whole wheat flour, I prefer the King Arthur brand
1 cup soy flour
1 cup oat flour

Sift together all ingredients twice and store in a cool dry place. I find this flour blend works well in most baking recipes. Measure the same as all-purpose flour in your recipes.
