Yesterday’s Divabetic Zoom Party

Made a couple of nice desserts! A Sugar-Free Sunflower Cake and A Sugar-Free Pistachio Bar Cake. I used the same base recipe for both cakes. I baked the Sunflower Cake in a NordicWare pan and topped the cake with mini-chocolate chips, and the Pistachio Bar Cake was baked in a Pullman Loaf Pan. I heated a tub of sugar-free vanilla icing in the microwave to pour over the Pistachio Cake and topped with chopped pistachios.
