Once a week I like to make a charcuterie board for a light dinner. I especially like to pair this with game night or movie night. I like charcuterie boards, but have to be aware of the salt content in order not to aggravate my blood pressure. There are unsalted nuts, reduced salt crackers, low sodium cheeses, low sodium olives, etc. that can be added to charcuterie boards. Meat, cheese, nuts, and green veggies are naturally low-carb.
