Low-Carb, Gluten-Free Fresh Pasta!

This is the gorgeous “designer” fresh pasta that my daughter Tara made, who fancies making all manner of noodles!

I asked her to make some fresh low-carb macaroni (made with almond flour, which also happens to be gluten-free) for a stovetop mac and cheese I was craving for dinner, and this is what she made for me. The intricate ridges really held the cheese sauce, making an already delicious dish spectacular!
