Savoring the Freshness of the South – Our Cooking Class

We were elated to announce a cooking class that captivated the palates of local epicureans. It took place on August 14th, from 6-8pm at Third Space Bakery, as we embarked on a culinary journey like no other.

This summer-centric class, Savoring the Freshness of the South, immersed participants in the rich and vibrant flavors of Southern cuisine. With a carefully curated menu designed to showcase the essence of the region, this was an opportunity not to be missed.

Participants indulged in the art of creating a Southern Heirloom Tomato Pie, where they learned to craft the perfect crust from scratch, elevating this classic dish to new heights of perfection. They experienced the delicate balance of flavors and textures as they prepared Collard Greens Chiffonade with Caramelized Onions, a dish that exemplifies the soul of Southern comfort food with a refined twist. As the evening unfolded, they embraced the sweetness of Southern hospitality with divine Southern Lace Cookies, a delicate confection with style. We also guided them in crafting refreshing and invigorating organic Lemon-Mint Sparklers. We invited everyone to be part of this extraordinary evening, where culinary passion and culture converged.

Attendees registered online to secure their place in this unique class and embarked on a gastronomic adventure that left an indelible mark on their palates.
