Our newest cake creation—CARAMORA™:
Two layers of southern caramel cake, each brushed with sweet bourbon syrup, with a layer of homemade milk jam (aka milk caramel or dulce de leche). The cake is then enrobed in a silky Creole cream cheese frosting, and finished with a generous milk jam drip on the top and bottom, with a splatter on top of sliced almonds. This luscious caramel cake is meant to be served chilled.
