Green Juicing for Diabetes

My daughter, Tara, made me this delicious green juice for breakfast. It contained a Granny Smith apple, lime, basil, bell pepper, celery, cucumber, spinach, parsley, ginger, and onion. Green vegetable juices rather than fruit juices are recommended for those with diabetes due to the lower sugar content.
