Here is a pic of pastas my daughter, Tara made the other day. She makes pastas to order using semolina, wheat flour or whole wheat flour. This is the beauty of being able to make foods from scratch. You can tailor your foods to meet your specific dietary tastes or needs. Featured pastas are spaghetti, bigoli, and macaroni. You can of course purchase whole grain pastas at your local grocery stores also!
