3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 cup + 2 tbsp. Whey Low® Type D Granular, or equivalent dry sugar substitute
¼ cup cocoa powder
Pinch of salt
2 cups, unsweetened almond milk
1/3 cup semi-sweet or sugar-free chocolate chips
½ tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
In small cup, combine the cornstarch with 2 tbsp. water, until dissolved. Stir in the
vanilla extract.

In small saucepan, combine the Whey Low® Type D Granular or other dry sugar substitute, cocoa powder and salt. Turn heat to medium-low, and gradually add the almond milk, about 1/3 at a time, stirring constantly until smooth. Cook until a thin film develops, but do not let mixture boil. Remove pan from heat and gently stir in the chocolate chips.
Let mixture sit for approximately 3 minutes. Yield: 6 servings
