Sugar Free Powdered Sugar Recipe by The Diabetic Pastry Chef

SUGAR-FREE Powdered (Confectioners’) Sugar – Recipe

RECIPES

Use in recipes calling for powdered or confectioners’ sugar.

Ingredients:
3/4 c Whey Low® Type D Granular, or equivalent dry sugar substitute
2 T cornstarch

Directions:
Place ingredients in blender and blend to a fine powder.
