Marbled and checkerboard cakes are interesting to create, bake and see. You can use a bundt, or tube cake pan, and a knife to make a marbled cake, but you’ll need a special set of pans to make a checkerboard cake. I’ve made these cakes sugar-free, adorned with sugar-free frosting, and chocolate and white chocolate curls for customers.
