I made this luscious Strawberry Swirl Cheesecake for a relative who requested a full sugar cheesecake, but I could have easily made it sugar-free, by just swapping the sugar for a sugar-free alternative sweetener. I delivered the cheesecake in a beautiful white hatbox, with fresh strawberries, strawberry sauce, and whipped cream.
